“We spent two weeks in Montenegro- this was the only property that was a disappointment. After checkin we waited three hours for our room, after being told the room was empty and would be cleaned promptly. Front desk attendant was rude and it wasn’t until I asked for manager did we get any resolution. I had also asked for a room on a high floor and away from the pool due to noise. Our room was on the first floor next to the pool.”

“Hotel is really nice, great location, our room was not only super comfortable but beautiful, amazing design! Staff is super polite and kind, breakfast was yummy. Loved the gym/spa and indoor pool. The bad: Outdoor pool is not that nice, very crowded (shared with the residences) and sun-beds are very dirty and a look poorly. This area does not match the rest of the hotel. Not great if you’re looking to chill during the summer.”

Lite turisme rundt hotellet, rolig, men kort vei til de flotteste stedene som Perast og Kotor. Høy komfort, store rom (vi fikk en hel leilighet), vennlig personale. Whether ordering taxis, adjusting the umbrellas by the pool, or preparing a delicious breakfast when our taxi pickup was before the official breakfast time, everyone made us feel special and at ease. “Checked in with my family. 2 rooms. Checked in thinking that everything was going to be "normal". Went to the room to wash my face and brush my teeth. The water burnt my eyes a little, but I did not think much of it. Put some water in my mouth to brush my teeth and immediatly spit it out - salt water! Like from the ocean. Went downstairs to ask if there was an issue. The answer was, yes, we have had an issue with a broken pipe for several weeks now. My next question: what are you going...
